The Fairytale Cottage

Tucked away down a bumpy lane is the enchanting cottage that started it all. Once a neglected and lonely a-frame, Fablerealm family and friends transformed it into something special.

We painted each step to the second floor of the Fairytale Cottage with the name of a family member’s favorite book (pick your favorite while you’re here!), and we crafted every room into a fairytale. We filled the shelves with stories to share during your stay and treasures to remind you of your favorites.

See if you can find the golden cage that once held the Firebird for clever Ivan or a ball gown put together by fairy magic and dreams from the heart.

The Swan Princess-inspired bathroom is home to a six-foot-long, cast iron clawfoot tub (with seemingly endless hot water) fit for royalty and relaxation. Be a Queen (or King) for the day. The round window in the living room is a portal, showing you a glimpse of a troll bridge at the edge of the orchard Byron attends to every year.

As super fans of Indiana Jones and the Goonies, we’ve traveled the globe, visiting faraway places and collecting treasure. From Singapore to London, Australia to Dubai, we’ve smuggled these items back to share with you!

The Adventure Suite is full of artifacts that make this vacation rental unique. The aroma of steam engines and leather-bound books perfume the walls of this magical vacation rental; every shelf, every nook and cranny holds a relic from brave explorers and adventurers!

The inspiration for the Adventure Suite was from brave librarians who read from the Book of the Dead, wisecracking, Nazi-punching history professors, and leagues and leagues of extraordinary gentlefolk.

The Adventure Suite offers a unique escape from the every day for our guests. And a scavenger hunt (and more!) inside the walls immerses you in mystery and wonder while you’re here.

A Potter Fan's Dream

Fashioned after the magical world of our favorite boy wizard, The Common Room is a dream come true for fans! When you open the ancient front door to The Common Room, you’ll apparate directly into the world of witches and wizards. Inside this cozy space magic is everywhere; tucked under the beds, there are trunks full of what the students left behind—ticket stubs, letters, scarves. Enjoy a look into the lives of the wizarding trio we’ve come to know and love.

Chat with your travel companions about potions class or who you think will win the House Cup this year. The Dragon's Keep

Perched at the top of our castle is Dragon’s Keep—a castle stay. Inside this magical vacation rental, we welcome your dreams of pulling a sword from a stone or stumbling upon a horde guarded by a glistening dragon. Leave with memories to last a lifetime.

Dragon’s Keep is full of medieval-inspired curiosities and art to transport you hundreds of years into the past, to the time of brave knights, fierce battles, and memorable fables.

When you’re ready to lay your head down to rest, choose from the Consort’s Bedroom, with its rich tapestries and fit-for-a-queen bed, Versailles Room with its delicate blue walls and gold details, or the cozy Unicorn Room with its enchanted clock. Try to find the treasures on the royal scavenger hunt—maybe it will lead you to the royal treasure chamber!

The Burrow

A Weasley's Inspired Stay

Perched on the top of a gentle hill, The Burrow is an immersive vacation rental. When you walk into The Burrow, chirping owls and charmed knitting needles clacking away welcome you.

Step into the cozy, cobbled-together kitchen where a bevy of red-headed wizards once made an orphan feel like he was finally home. Settle into the common room where wizards and witches studied for their O.W.L.s, hoping to get passing marks. Visit the Dark House where the portraits screamed, and the resistance hid until they were ready to face He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named.

Behind the bookcase, you’ll find hidden rooms ready to explore. And the bathroom is just the kind of place to hear mermaids sing while you are taking a long soak. Ready for some adventure? Take a stroll through the Forbidden Forest and watch for a stray Patronus. Once you’re back inside, see if you can find the missing items on the scavenger hunt! The Groundskeeper's Hut

At the edge of our forbidden forest, enter the nine-foot-tall front door and step onto the stone floor of our Groundskeeper’s Hut, where wizards, witches, and magical creatures of all shapes and sizes can visit as long as they’d like. Have a fire in the oversize outdoor cauldron, gaze up at the stars and listen to the frogs sing. While you’re visiting, see if you can help locate the missing items on the parchment left for you in the hut! 

Like Keeper of Keys and Grounds, we welcome magical folk from all edges of the globe–but this is an authentic gamekeeper’s hut, with real tools and traps, rough-cut lumber, and a stone floor. It’s not a space for younger (or very active) guests. (Ages 7+ only please.)

The Natsukashii Haüs

An Studio Ghibli Inspired Stay

Tucked into a snug corner of our property is Natsukashii Haüs, our ode to Studio Ghibli’s finest stories. As the name suggests, it’s a place to rekindle your fondest memories by transporting yourself into a world within our world. We modeled the front of your magical vacation rental after scenes from Howl’s Moving Castle and the side after Kiki’s Delivery Service. 

Inside you’ll find mementos from all your favorite films—Ponyo, Princess Mononoke, and more—and a bathroom fit for fans of Spirited Away. We recommend you explore this immersive vacation rental from the minute you see the peak of the roof rise out of the trees to the moment you say goodbye—for now.

The Glen Wedding Venue

Pass by The Groundkeeper’s Hut and take a walk through the pine trees on our gravel road until you see a clearing open up in the forest. Step inside The Glen for your wedding ceremony. Stay for just the ceremony, or plan your whole wedding—from ceremony to reception to immersive vacation rentals—on our cozy North Georgia farm. 

The Glen is tucked inside a grove of trees with a picturesque stone pathway leading to a hand-crafted wooden pergola where you can say your “I dos” surrounded by loved ones, the soft glow of lights in the treeline, and the sounds of the forest. 

Enjoy the rustic, open-air Pavilion set atop one of the rolling hills of our farm for your wedding reception. The Pavilion is a dream with Edison bulb string lights and bespoke wooden tables for your guests. Fit for up to 150 guests, and with plenty of space for dancing, it’s the perfect locale for couples who want a magical, woodland wedding.
