Inspired by our favorite wizarding school across the pond, the Dorm is full of treasures in honor of Harry Potter and friends! This upstairs apartment is full of charm with magical surprises to explore during your stay. Tucked away from the prying eyes of Muggles, this wizarding paradise is an inviting and magical place filled with relics, games, books, movies, and unexpected surprises!
We love this tiny magical oasis, and hope you will too!
The Burrow
2 Bedrooms – 4 Beds – 1 Bath
Hidden on our 40-acre private farm, The Burrow has lots to explore, our signature scavenger hunt, and a Muggle TV & DVD player with the Harry Potter/Fantastic Beasts documentaries (+100 more) are there for you!
Deer, wild turkeys, wild cranes and ducks, rabbits, etc. may be spotted from the porch of the Burrow, as well! Bring marshmallows for the fire in the outdoor cauldron! Call Kristi if bringing wizards under the age of 6yrs old.
The Gamekeeper’s Hut

The Keeper of Keys’ Hut is set on our private 40-acre location. Try your skill at the scavenger hunt, relax by a fire outside (giant-sized cauldron), watch the birds enjoy the pond from outside of this magical stone space just down the hill from The Burrow, and near Fairytale Cottage. Visit nearby Lookout Mountain, Chickamauga, Chattanooga or just RELAX and watch Harry Potter documentaries while enjoying a cold Butterscotch beer!

Our second tribute to Studio Ghibli! This cozy and beautiful space transports you into the world of Ghibli with Kiki’s attic, Arriety’s room and Howl’s magical bathroom! Relax in the countryside and enjoy our collection of Studio Ghibli movies, follow the scavenger hunt and explore all of the amazing details in this fun and wonderful space!

The Fairytale Cottage

Tucked away down a bumpy lane is the enchanting cottage that started it all. Once a neglected and lonely a-frame, Fablerealm family and friends transformed it into something special.
We painted each step to the second floor of the Fairytale Cottage with the name of a family member’s favorite book (pick your favorite while you’re here!), and we crafted every room into a fairytale. We filled the shelves with stories to share during your stay and treasures to remind you of your favorites.
The Green Dragon Inn

Perched at the top of our castle is Dragon’s Keep—a castle stay. Inside this magical vacation rental, we welcome your dreams of pulling a sword from a stone or stumbling upon a horde guarded by a glistening dragon. Leave with memories to last a lifetime.
